Network Level3 North-America routing issue

It seems one of our transit providers (Level 3), has a major outage in North-America, causing degraded performance to some US networks. We've disabled our Level 3 connection at the moment, which should cause most of our US traffic to use other providers. We'll be monitoring the situation and will re-enable the link once Level 3 has declared their network stable again...

Update 12:35 Level3 seems to have recovered from their major outage in North-America about an hour ago. We've re-enabled our network-link with them.
